👉 3 Pad Thais (the original Ang Thong recipe) 🥢🌴 Rice sticks, Pad Thai sauce (Tamarind, Fish Sauce), scrambled egg, carrots, spring onion, lime, cashew nuts, green cabbage and Shrimps or Chicken.
👉 Golden Nori Tempura 🍤 4 Tempura shrimps covered with cornflakes and dipped in a nori and ginger batter. Served with peanut sauce on the side.
👉 Asian Ribs 🍖. 5 pork ribs (the juiciest pat of the pork!) marinated for 24 hours, covered with spicy-sour sauce, sesame seeds and spring onion.
👉 Beppu fried chicken🍗 6 chicken thigh bites marinated in soy sauce, ginger and white pepper, fried in paprika and corn starch. Served with Enzu Mayo!
